Facts Guide is committed to publishing content that is accurate, well-researched, and genuinely interesting. This page explains how our content is created, how we use AI as part of that process, and how we handle corrections when we get something wrong.

Each article starts with original research and is written by the authors themselves in their native languages. Our authors gather information from credible, publicly available sources, including:

• Established encyclopedias and reference works
• Peer-reviewed studies and academic publications
• Museum, university, and government resources
• Reputable news organizations and subject-matter publications

We aim to cross-check surprising or unusual claims against multiple sources before publishing, and we favor primary sources over secondhand summaries wherever possible.

Facts Guide publishes in more than a dozen languages so that readers around the world can enjoy the same content in their own language. To make this possible at scale, we use AI-assisted translation tools.

Here is exactly how the process works:

• Original writing: Every article is first researched and written in English or native languages by a member of our editorial team.
• AI-assisted translation: The original texts are translated into each of our supported languages using modern language-model technology.
• Human review: Translated versions are reviewed for accuracy, tone, and readability before publication. Where we identify a translation issue, it is corrected at the source and the affected language versions are updated.

We do not use AI to invent facts, statistics, or sources. AI is used strictly as a translation and localization tool applied to content that has already been researched and written by our team.

We believe in being transparent about this process, and we will continue to update this page as our workflow evolves.
